Kelsey and PJ started Open Hands in Southlake in 2024 after years of hearing the same complaint about cleaning services: a different pair of people every visit, and nobody who knew the house. The first crew was hired that August. The first commercial contract came in April 2025, BBB accreditation in November, and the Justin office opened in March 2026.
The name comes from how Kelsey and PJ wanted to run it: open-handed with their crews and their customers. In practice that means the crew is paid like the job matters, the quote is the whole price, and if a clean is not right we come back and finish it.

Kelsey sets the standard for what a finished room looks like, trains every new crew member on it, and handles the walkthroughs. If a checklist changed this year, she changed it.
Kelsey does the in-person estimates, so the person who prices the job is the one who has seen it. PJ runs the admin side and keeps the trucks and supplies where they need to be. They own and run the company together.
Both of them still work jobs, which is the only reason any of the above stays true as the crews grow.
