Rather just talk?House and office cleaning in Southlake, where Open Hands started and still keeps its first office. Same crew every visit, and a free walkthrough before anyone quotes you a number.
A clean in Southlake starts with Kelsey coming out to look at the space. She asks what matters most to you, then puts one number in writing. Nothing gets priced over the phone.
After the first visit you stop thinking about it. The same crew comes back and gets to know the place, and they bring everything with them, including the cleaner we blend ourselves. Most of our work happens when nobody is there, homes during the day and offices after hours.
Our first office is on Hart Street, where the company started in 2024.

We don't publish prices, and we won't guess one over the phone. Every job is quoted after a free in-person visit, based on square footage, the time it will take, and how deep a clean you want. Linens, laundry, dishes, and first-floor windows are available as add-ons. No obligation at the end of the visit.
The same crew each visit, as consistently as we can manage. Everyone is background-checked before they set foot in a client's home.
Tell us and we will come back and put it right, at no extra charge.
$6 million in liability coverage, double what most cleaning companies in DFW carry, plus bonding. BBB accredited. Happy to send the certificate before the first visit.
No. Most recurring clients aren't. We'll agree on access at the estimate and keep to the same arrangement every visit.
Both, and roughly half our work is commercial: offices, suites and break rooms, usually outside business hours.
Our everyday all-purpose cleaner is mixed in house from a blend of essential oils. It cuts grease, lifts grime, and leaves the space smelling fresh rather than chemical. Tubs, showers, sinks, and toilets get an Oxi-based product. We bring everything, or use your products if you prefer.
