Open Hands Cleaning Services is a woman-owned, family-run cleaning company. We run offices at 1601 Hart St Ste 140, Southlake, TX 76092 and 305 W 1st St Ste 102, Justin, TX 76247. This page explains what we collect on this website, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it.
If you have questions or want your information deleted, email contact@openhandsdfw.com.
When you request a free in-person estimate, you give us your name, phone number, email address, service address, and job details. That form is hosted by Jobber. The information you type goes to Jobber’s systems so we can schedule a walkthrough and send you a quote. We do not sell it.
Jobber is a third-party scheduling and quoting tool. Their systems store the request so Kelsey or PJ can follow up. We use that information only to schedule and quote work, and to talk with you about the job.
Calls to numbers on this site may be recorded for quality and training. Phone numbers displayed on this site may be dynamically assigned by CallRail so we can tell which ads or pages led to the call. CallRail is a call-tracking provider. If you call us, CallRail may process the number you dialed, your caller ID, and the recording.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this site. GA4 uses cookies. It measures things like which pages you visit, how you arrived, device type, and general location. It does not tell us your name. Google’s privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
You can refuse analytics cookies in your browser. If you do, the site still works. We just get a less complete picture of traffic.
We do not sell your information. We do not use estimate-request details for advertising lists. We do not publish your address or phone number.
We keep estimate requests long enough to quote the work and, if you hire us, to service the account. Call recordings follow CallRail’s retention settings. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings for this property.
Email contact@openhandsdfw.com to ask us to delete personal information we hold from this website or from an estimate request. We will remove what we control. We cannot erase copies that Jobber, CallRail, or Google still hold under their own policies, but we will point you to those requests if you ask.
