That is the plan for every recurring client. The crew that did your first clean learns your house, and we schedule them back. If someone is out, the lead cleaner briefs the substitute from your notes.
No. Most of our recurring customers are not. We work from whatever entry arrangement you set up at the walkthrough, and every crew member is background-checked before they ever enter a client's home.
Yes. We bring everything, including our own all-purpose cleaner blended in house with essential oils. If you prefer a specific product on a specific surface, leave it out and we will use yours.
